What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
Although we take great care to ensure your prints arrive safely, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your item to notify us of any damages and we will send you a replacement product as quickly as possible. Photos of how the damaged item arrived are appreciated so we can work to improve the packaging standard for future orders.
Due to all items being printed to order, we cannot offer returns.
In the event of shipping damage, a defective item or receipt of an incorrect order, please send us a message with a photo at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can issue you a replacement.
If our product is shown to be faulty we will offer a refund according to the consumer laws in Australia, however we will not refund for a change of mind or circumstances, or selection of incorrect print sizes.
We will do all we can to come to a happy solution if a problem arises.
